Steps to clear a carriage jam error on the HP DeskJet 2132 printer:
Remove jammed paper from the input tray, output tray, ink cartridge access area, and underneath the printer.
Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges.
Plug the printer’s power cord directly into a wall outlet.
Reset the printer.
